Returns:
We accept returns on items within 14 days from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the jewelry must be in its original, unused condition with all tags and packaging intact. Personalized or custom-made pieces are not eligible for return, except in the case of defects or errors in the order.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team with your order details. Once we receive your return request, we will guide you through the return process and provide a return shipping label if necessary. Please ensure the items are securely packaged to prevent damage during the return process.

Refunds:

Once we receive the returned item and inspect its condition, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, and any applicable restocking fees may apply. 

If your item is defective or damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately, and we will provide a full refund or replacement at no additional cost to you.

Exchanges:
We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you would like a different size, style, or color, please return the item and place a new order.
